In the heart of Carrollwood Village . . . Now Allowing Alcohol for Your Event
We all know event sites that allow outside catering and alcohol are hard to find in NORTHWEST TAMPA. Finally, the Carrollwood Cultural Center has received permission from Hillsborough County (their venue partner), that they can allow alcohol to be served on site, thus making the CCC a perfect locaton for weddings and events for up to 150 guests!
This modern venue offers a lot of flexibility. The large open lobby area is perfect for a pre-event social hour coupled with interesting local artwork displayed throughout. The 2500 sq. ft. main hall features a large deep stage that can accommodate a sweetheart table, dj, and cake table. This leaves floor space for buffet and up to 15 round guest tables of 10.
You may have to rent additional round guest tables and a dance floor if needed depending on your preferences. The entire ballroom is carpeted.
Dance floors start at $350 with delivery.
If you are considering a ceremony at the same site, we have several suggestions for outdoor and indoor options. There are many beautiful shade trees in the back of the property lending themselves toward a romantic wedding setting. There is also a second building next door that can be rented for additional activities.

With over 22,000 sq. ft. of usable event space indoors and out, the center is the perfect location for weddings and receptions.
Two separate event areas:
The 5,000 sq. ft. LOTUS GALLERY with subdued lighting, can easily acccommodate a ceremony OR social hour for up to 400 guests IF YOU ARE UTILIZING THE MAGNOLIA BALLROOM for your reception. It is also a stand-alone room for complete receptions of up to 220 guests with a dance floor. You can hold your cerermony in the same room with guests enjoying a social hour in the atrium as we move ceremony chairs back around hidden reception tables.
OR you can utilize a majestic outdoor ceremony area that overlooks a small pond and the towering Hindu Temple next door.
The 17,000 sq. ft. MAGNOLIA BALLROOM features a twinkle lit ceiling canopy and second level MEZZANINE (for additional seating or social hour). The MAIN FLOOR accommodates 175 to 500 guests with a dance floor while the MEZZANINE can seat another 300 guests. Its huge professional size stage is perfect for live bands or large wedding parties. Three separate dressing rooms offer bridal party members changing areas for ceremonies held on site. An adjoining TERRACE can become a cigar/smokers' area.
Both the LOTUS and MAGNOLIA share a common ATRIUM area and MAIN ENTRY where restrooms are located.

$1500 for Lotus Gallery on a Saturday
$4000 for the Magnolia Ballroom on a Saturday
Reduced rates for other days of week.
