Round tables, padded folding chairs and long banquet tables with their set up and tear down are included int he rental. It has a full stage complete with retractable video screen (you furnish the projector for slide presentations).
A spacious lobby area comfortably accommodates a social hour and it is recommended you keep the bar there throughout the event to save space inside the main room.
Since the room is fully carpeted, you will need to budget in a rented dance floor which runs in the range of $350-450 with set up and delivery.

Karnes Stables is quickly becoming one of Tampa Bay's most popular locations for vintage-inspired outdoor weddings.
From colorful roaming peacocks to a miniature pony, its 12 acres is home to many domesticated, friendly animals that can play a role in your unique outdoor celebration. The well maintained stable barn can accommodate up to 150 guests with dance floor and auxiliary event space in and around its locale.
The Country Cottage with its well-appointed bridal suite for wedding day preparations can also host a smaller indoor casual reception or ceremony.
It also offers a rehearsal dinner option indoors or around its shaded garden pool.
Adjacent to the cottage is the Cottage Gardens with open wood decking and koi ponds. This enchanted setting features large oaks encased in twinkle lighting, a mini cottage, and vine strewn arbor that is the ideal canopy over your wedding cake.
Located between the Cottage Gardens and the Stable Barn, the lush Stable Gardens area features an elevated ceremony platform with white pergola above a turtle habitat.
This lawn easily transforms into a reception area after a ceremony with a social hour in the Cottage Gardens.
The Stable Barn retains its country splendor with rich dark wood stalls and small equestrian details. Two restrooms are located in this area and a "Groom's Room" will soon be available.

Make certain your vendor deliveries and pick ups are within the guidelines of the facility - the center has many Sunday eventsso you may need to have same night pick up.
Consider putting your buffet in front of the stage to save space in the main room
Get permission for your photographer to have access to the second level mezzanine for great reception pictures
Do a preview on the adjustable lighting/ pin spots in the room as it can be too bright or too dark
