Located just off I-75 between the State Road 52 and Spring Lake Highway exits, this exquisite property is a brand new wedding venue offering a picturesque backdrop for celebrations of 75 up to 300.
Its focal point, a huge Southern Style Manor Home, is visible right off the interstate. Ceremony options include a natural oak tree fascade or picturesque setting in front of the manor home.
A huge, modern stable offers a private apartment area for bridal party preparations and possible forenight rehearsal dinner location.
On the ground floor of the Manor House is a Bridal Room for the other half of the participants to get ready.
Pre-reception options include the outdoor patio area off the Manor Home main floor. If you are hosting a larger tented reception of 150 or more guests, the entire main floor of the Manor Home may serve as your social hour location.
The Manor Home main floor offers reception seating and dance floor for up to 100 guests. Most couples utilize a rented dance floor in front of the home with overhead lighting.
A low lying area near the Oaks Ceremony area and Stables can accommodate a tent large enough to entertain up to 300. Portable, tasteful restrooms can be added at minimal cost.
